This page explains how Elle & Her uses the personal information you share when you place an order on this website.
When you place an order, we collect your full name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), city, delivery address, any delivery instructions, and the contents of your order.
We use this information only to process, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
Orders are stored in our order management system, which only authorised Elle & Her staff can access through a password-protected account. Our technical providers (website and database hosting) store it on our behalf. The information needed for delivery is shared with whoever delivers your order.
Payment is made in cash on delivery. We never ask for or store card or bank account details.
Your cart is saved in your browser so it is still there when you come back. After you order, a secure cookie lets this device show your order confirmation for 30 days, and a cookie remembers your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
